Layers
Perception, memory, planning and execution are separated. A model may propose an action; external effects require a distinct controlled execution path.
Human authority
Rights originate with identifiable people and organisations. Γ checks a bound proposal against invariants; a valid check is not an independent permission.
Enterprise integration
Documents and long-term knowledge need provenance, classification and access checks. Each environment must verify its integration with AKAC, the decision model and workloads.
